Cones  : (Today, 07:25 PM) I don't want to break another nail. :innocent:
Specky  : (Today, 07:15 PM) have you not seen his hands! a springer would give him a blister after a dozen shots
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:13 PM) are yours the "right hands"?
Cones  : (Today, 06:11 PM) `65 recoiless match pistol. I believe it to be a late `60s to early `70s example. Power is a very consistent 433-435 fps
@ 3.3 ftlbs with 7.9 gn pellets.
Condition wise, lets just say its seen a few frosty mornings. The barrel and foresight are finished in smooth Hammerite and theres a bit of wear showing on the action. The rear sight has had a bit of work at some time in its life.A bit of TLC would create a very desirable match pistol.
This can still hold its own in the right hands (not mine).
Cones  : (Today, 06:11 PM) No, apparently it shoots O.K.
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:06 PM) doesn't look that bad

alhucoll  : (Today, 06:03 PM) It'd be a laugh
Cones  : (Today, 06:02 PM) The photos are not that detailed. But I expect so.
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:02 PM) brush lines and hairs?
Cones  : (Today, 06:01 PM) smooth, but rough if you know what I mean?
Cones  : (Today, 06:01 PM) I think the rear sight needs some TLC as well.
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:01 PM) smooth or rough?
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:00 PM) Nice!
Cones  : (Today, 06:00 PM) It is painted with hammerite at the moment!
alhucoll  : (Today, 06:00 PM) ah, the nights are drawing in..................................
Cones  : (Today, 05:59 PM) Yes, same as one I already have. But very rough, so I can spend some time on it.
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:58 PM) a strip and re-build in hand then?
Cones  : (Today, 05:58 PM) Yes, reliable is important for target shooting.
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:58 PM) ANOTHER!
Cones  : (Today, 05:58 PM) An old and very tatty Feinwerkbau 65 springer.
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:58 PM) looking forward to a reliable rifle! not one with a full 1ft'lb spread!
Cones  : (Today, 05:57 PM) I bought another pistol. :innocent:
Cones  : (Today, 05:57 PM) Great, good to know that it is someone you know.
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:54 PM) yep, one of the Weihrauch club blokes - dealt with him before
Cones  : (Today, 05:51 PM) Did you find someone to do it Al?
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:49 PM) on thursday that is
alhucoll  : (Today, 05:49 PM) hopefully get the .22 tweaked
Cones  : (Today, 05:34 PM) Evening.

Hi Guys,

I am pleased to announce the launch of a brand new forum for the club hosted on a brand new, faster server.

This is not an update of the old forum but rather a new, clean installation of the latest IPB board software along with the latest Gallery and Blog.

The new forum is feature rich. please have a mooch around to discover it's features.

The Shoutbox is a new version which is very similar to the old one. It currently lacks a 'private shout' feature but this is currently being worked on and I will install one it is available.

One of the things missing is the old Arcade and casino. I have installed a smaller more compact and less complex Arcade for the time being. As soon as a compatible 'full blown' arcade is available again I'll let you all know.

As time goes on I will continue to add features and functions to further enhance the forums usability.

Have fun.....

Hi Dave,

Looks really good so far to me.

Are we going to move over from the old to the new at some point?

It is just that we may get people posting on each forum and loose some of the content once we swap?

Thanks

Mark

Hello,

Looks like Dave has fixed all the little issues and we are now back to normal.

:welldone: Dave :goodjob:

Let's try to get a few new threads going on various subjects.

Thanks
